1. SUBJECT AND ACCEPTANCE
These terms govern the subscription to and use of the API CPF Nacional, a service provided by Flycode Desenvolvimento LTDA ("Flycode", "we"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the API, the Customer ("you") declares having read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
API CPF Nacional allows CPF lookup and validation against a database originating from official Receita Federal do Brasil records, returning registration data (such as name, registration status and date of birth), through a REST API and a web panel.
3. PLANS, QUOTAS AND PRICES
- Free: 10 lookups/month, intended for testing.
- Monthly plan — R$ 97.00: 10,000 lookups/month included.
- Quarterly — R$ 247.00 and Annual — R$ 757.00: the same quota of 10,000 lookups/month, throughout the contracted period.
- Overage: lookups beyond the included quota are charged at R$ 0.01 per lookup.
- Tailored plans: higher volumes can be contracted on a custom basis, on an annual term.
4. PAYMENT AND NOTA FISCAL
Plan subscriptions are processed through the Hotmart platform, which accepts credit cards (including international ones). Overage charges and prepaid credit purchases are made via PIX. The Nota Fiscal is issued by Flycode Desenvolvimento LTDA, based on the billing details (individual or company) provided by the Customer in the "Tax details" section of the panel.
5. OVERAGE AND LATE PAYMENT
Usage above the included quota generates an overage invoice, charged via PIX. Failure to pay on time may result in throttling or temporary suspension of API access until the amount is settled. Optionally, the Customer may keep a prepaid credit balance, from which overage is deducted automatically.
6. RENEWAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Plans renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled. Cancellation may be requested at any time, and access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. A 7 (seven) day right of withdrawal applies from the date of purchase, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
7. PERMITTED USE
- CPF validation in legitimate business processes;
- Registration checks and fraud prevention in your own applications;
- Integration into compliance and onboarding systems.
8. PROHIBITED USE
- Unlawful, discriminatory or criminal purposes;
- Resale, redistribution or sharing of the data with third parties;
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent quotas or limits;
- Attempts to bypass technical or security mechanisms;
- Any use that breaches the LGPD.
9. CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES (LGPD)
The Customer is the controller of the data it processes in its own application and is responsible for having a valid legal basis, a legitimate purpose, adequate security measures and for honouring data subjects' rights, under Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD). Safeguarding the access token and the accuracy of the registration details are your sole responsibility.
10. NATURE AND UPDATING OF THE DATA
The data originates from an official Receita Federal database, updated periodically. We do not guarantee real-time updating, absolute completeness, nor the correctness of information recorded by public bodies.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Flycode is not liable for improper or unlawful use of the data by the Customer, for decisions taken on the basis of the lookups, nor for temporary unavailability arising from maintenance, unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure or third-party failures (Receita Federal, providers and payment services).
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The API, the documentation, the brand and the system are the exclusive property of Flycode Desenvolvimento LTDA. Reproduction, resale or reverse engineering without express authorisation is prohibited.
13. TERM AND AMENDMENTS
These Terms remain in force for as long as the contractual relationship lasts and may be updated, with prior notice in the event of material changes.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Brazilian law applies, in particular the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014) and the Consumer Protection Code. The courts of the domicile of Flycode Desenvolvimento LTDA are elected to settle any disputes, unless the law provides otherwise.
